Amazon Lines, Ltd. Late in 1999, United Agency was hired by the owners of Amazon Lines to assist in finding new partners for the company. United Agency was successful in bringing in new owners and assisted in maintaining ongoing service until the company operations were merged into the Spanish Group based in Galicia, Spain which continued with the service from its headquarters in New York. Kingston Wharfs (Grace Kennedy Shipping) the company assisted the management of the Agency Division in a buy-out of the business and provided management expertise leading to the sale of the parent company interest in the port facility. Super Terminais the company was involved in port planning as well as coordination of equipment from Europe to operate the port as well as instrumental in securing clients for the port during its initial start up period. Today the port facility is the number one operator in the region. Active Freight & Logistics From 2000 to 2007, the management team at United Agency assisted and financed the start up of a logistics business named Marine Cargo Lines. United Agency, through its network, was instrumental in developing a partnership with Active International, resulting in the merger of Marine Cargo Line and Active’s freight division to create Active Freight & Logistics. The company experienced significant growth during this period under the guidance of United Agency’s management team. In 2008 Active International acquired the group’s interest in the company. During its stewardship the company's revenues experienced growth to $20 million annual pace.
